Photo Certificates are usually obtained with special promotions or they are sold for a discount with your registration or at the event EXPO. Photo Certificates are valid only for the event for which they were sold.
You can obtain printed pictures and other products with your picture for as little as 10 cents and sometimes for no cost at all.
